2. Data we collect

We may collect account identifiers, email address, login method, API key metadata, usage records, payment provider customer email, payment status, Telegram user identifier when you use the bot, browser cookie preferences, IP-derived visitor keys, and basic technical logs.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal data and we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use data

We use data to create and secure accounts, provide API keys, process orders, calculate usage quota, provide customer support, improve data quality and algorithms, prevent abuse, and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies

We use necessary cookies for login sessions, language preferences, and security. Optional analytics or service-improvement cookies may be used only according to your selected cookie preference.

The cookie preference notice provides three choices: Accept all, Necessary only, and Reject non-essential. Accept all is shown as the default selected option, and you may choose another option before saving.

5. Payment providers and processors

Payment and checkout may be processed by Stripe and/or Airwallex. These providers process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. We receive order-related information needed to activate plans, provide receipts, handle support, and process refunds where applicable.

We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed for service, compliance, accounting, dispute handling, and security purposes.

You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting support@jiajielitong.com. Requests will be handled in accordance with applicable laws, including Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance where applicable.
