SoccerAssess charges information service fees used to support data collection, algorithm improvement, model training, cloud deployment, and service operations.

1. Nature of fees
Paid plans are information service fees. They help cover the costs of collecting and maintaining football data, improving algorithms, training models, deploying cloud infrastructure, and providing customer support.
Because digital information services may be consumed immediately after purchase, refund eligibility depends on time since purchase and total usage.
2. Refund rules
If total usage is less than 10% of the purchased quota and the refund request is made within 7 days, the order may be fully refunded.
If total usage is greater than 10% and less than 50% of the purchased quota, and the refund request is made within 7 days, 50% of the order amount may be refunded.
If total usage is greater than 50% of the purchased quota and the request is made within 7 days, the order is not refundable.
Because this is an information service fee, orders are not refundable after 7 days from purchase.
3. How to request a refund
Please contact support@jiajielitong.com with your account username, payer email, payment date, plan name, and reason for the request.
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment channel where supported by Stripe or Airwallex.
