This User Agreement governs your access to and use of SoccerAssess, an information service operated by JIAJIE LITONG CO., LIMITED.

2. Service scope
SoccerAssess provides football match data analysis, algorithmic simulation, API access, and related information services. The service is for informational and analytical purposes only and does not constitute betting, gambling, financial, legal, or professional advice.
Users under 18 years of age should not register or use the service.
3. Product information and pricing
Our website, dashboard, and checkout pages include product descriptions, plan details, service quotas, and pricing information before purchase.
Current paid information service plans are: Plus Plan USD 1 for 2 simulation credits; Supreme Plan USD 10 for 25 simulation credits; Deluxe Plan USD 50 for 200 simulation credits. Prices and quotas may be updated on the website from time to time, and the checkout page shown before payment is the applicable order confirmation.
4. Payment and checkout providers
By placing an order, you agree that payment and checkout may be processed by Stripe and/or Airwallex. These providers may collect and process payment information in accordance with their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Payment status, provider session identifiers, payer email, and transaction metadata may be stored for order fulfillment, customer support, compliance, and accounting records.
5. Accounts, API keys, and usage
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials and API keys secure. Do not share your API key publicly or use the service in a way that disrupts our systems or violates applicable laws.
Usage limits, quota calculation, cached prediction behavior, and plan benefits are displayed in the dashboard and may vary by plan.
6. Refunds and changes
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Continued use of the service after purchase may affect refund eligibility.
We may update this agreement when the service, pricing, checkout providers, legal requirements, or operating model changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
